The client: The Financial Planning Association (now FAAA) is the peak body for financial advisers in Australia.
Our work: Reverb was asked to support the FPA through the fallout from the Hayne royal commission. Although the FPA had a PR firm, the leadership felt they lacked the experience required to manage what was the largest crisis in the sector’s history. Reverb worked directly with the CEO and leadership team on media management, messaging design, and interview prep.
The impact: Reverb successfully reduced the focus on the FPA and in four weeks, the organisation returned to normal level of comms.
CountPlus – Investor comms and PR for major acquisition
