Keith Barrett
founder
Keith has been a journalist and editor for nearly three decades, running newspapers and magazines across Europe and Australia with specific expertise in financial services.
His experience has covered investment management, sovereign wealth, government liaison, accounting, financial advice, technology, lifestyle, social impact, defence, business, infrastructure, and health.
He was the youngest newspaper editor in Ireland and edited The Adelaide Review in addition Professional Planner, Investment Magazine, ASFA’s Superfunds, and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand’s Charter – winning awards in both Ireland and Australia for his publications.
He’s worked with some of the largest member organisations in Australia and currently provides guidance, strategic support, and content creation services to large ASX-listed entities, through to small not-for-profits.
Jasmine Turvey

Jasmine has more than a decade of experience in strategic communications, brand management, government and media relations, corporate/strategic partnerships, crisis and issues management, high-profile stakeholder management, and editorial content production.
Her expertise spans international and community development, social impact, philanthropy, health, technology, and financial services.
Alongside Reverb, she serves as vice chair of the Path 2 Change board, a not-for-profit organisation based in the Hunter supporting those at risk of or experiencing homelessness, and volunteers with Northern Settlement Services assisting resettled refugees in the Newcastle region.
Jasmine has a Bachelor of Communication (Distinction) from the University of Newcastle and graduated the United Nations Association of Australia’s modular sessions from the University of Technology Sydney.
Kate Cowling

Kate is an expert finance journalist and commentator with almost two decades’ experience spanning financial advice, funds management, self-funded retirement, retail investing. general financial literacy, and women’s financial independence.
As a journalist, she reported for media organisations and publications including the ABC, Australian Financial Review, Sydney Morning Herald, Investment Magazine, Australian Doctor, Pharmacy News, Travel Weekly, and B&T. She previously edited Professional Planner magazine and was the news editor for AFR Smart Investor.
Outside of Reverb, Kate has a strong interest in mental health and wellbeing. She has a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Sydney and volunteers her time as a crisis counsellor.
