The client: Class Ltd is the market-leading cloud-based SMSF platform, acquired by Hub24.
Our work: Reverb was engaged by Class Ltd following the appointment of a new CEO, who had a three-year plan to implement. We managed all external communications including media, through to internal and external stakeholder comms across multiple acquisitions, and crisis comms.
We assisted in the development and launch of an annual benchmark report, supporting the development of deep industry insights and thematics. We also supported the launch of a new product vertical, including winning national awards.
The impact: Reverb’s ability to define and articulate a new value proposition for Class in the market led to the closing of four acquisitions in 18 months and resulted in Class being acquired by Hub24, 18 months into its three-year re-imagination strategy.
